A job search is long, and most of the work never shows up as an offer straight away. These badges make that work visible: the applications you tracked, the answers you prepared, the CVs and letters you wrote, the skills and contacts you built. Each one is earned only from what you have saved in your Expertini account — there are no points, rankings or estimates.
How to earn more
- Applications — track each application in the application planner or JobFlow and move it on as it progresses.
- Interview preparation — save answers in the Q&A vault, rate yourself in interview practice and build STAR stories in STAR mastery.
- CV, letters and scores — keep a CV per target role in the CV builder and check it with the ATS score.
- Planning — set goals in the career planner and keep dates in My schedule.
Why did a badge go back to “Not yet”?
Badges are worked out from your saved work each time you open this page. If you delete items — for example answers in the Q&A vault — a badge that depends on them can go back to “Not yet”.
