How to plan a job search that keeps moving

A job search in Lufa is a project: lots of small steps, spread over weeks. Writing each step down — and moving it across the board as you go — makes progress visible on the days when replies are slow.

Three columns, one rule

To do holds everything you plan to do. Move a task to In progress only when you start it, and keep that column short — two or three tasks at most. Done is your record of effort: look back at it on a hard day.

Plan with AI

Write your goal (for example “land a nursing job in 6 weeks”), choose how many weeks, and AI suggests concrete tasks with due dates — applications, follow-ups, interview practice, networking, skills, and time for rest. Nothing is added until you tick the tasks you want. Always adjust the plan to your own situation.

Are my tasks private?

Yes. Tasks are saved to your own Expertini account (and appear in the Expertini app) — employers never see them.

Does Plan with AI cost anything?

Each plan uses one AI request from your monthly allowance: Free includes 1, Premium 25 and Executive 100. Adding, editing and moving tasks never uses AI.

I used the old planner — where are my tasks?

Sign in on the browser you used before: the page offers to move the tasks it finds in that browser to your account in one click.

Can I use it without an account?

You can try the board, but tasks are only saved — and Plan with AI only works — when you're signed in to a free account.
